What We Will Do For You
Receive and pay your invoices from providers of your choice (both registered and non- registered)
Claim funds from your NDIS budget.

How it Works!
As your nominated NDIS plan manager, Pacific Plan Management will be responsible for paying your supports and submitting claims to the NDIS. All you have to do is take these simple steps:
Ask your provider to email their invoices directly to us.
You can choose to approve this invoice via our Brevity App.
We then claim the funds via the NDIS portal from your allocated funds.
Funds are then credited to our account, and then we use it to pay your providers.
Please note the following information needs to be on your invoice:
ABN Number, Invoice Number, Participants Name, Date of service, Support Item Number and Name, Hourly Rate Charged and Number of Hours (if applicable)
This whole process normally takes 2-3 days.
If there is an issue, we aim to rectify this ASAP.
We will also send activity statements to you on a monthly basis.
