What we do?
Pacific Plan Management provides NDIS Plan Management.
Think of us as your bookkeepers for your NDIS funding.
For Example, you may have funding of $20,000 to pay for services or equipment. So you may see a physio for example, the cost of this treatment will be paid from your allocated funds.
The Physiotherapist will send the invoice directly to us, we lodge a claim on your behalf with the NDIS. If approved, the NDIS will transfer money to us taken from your allotted funding, and we then in turn pay the physio. We also give the participant the option of approving each invoice prior to payment.
Each month, or on request, we will send you an easy to read statement of your NDIS funds, which will outline your budget, how much you’ve used, where you’ve used it and how much funding you have remaining.

- [Question] How long have you been a plan manager for?
- [Gerard] We've been a registered plan manager for near on 18 months now
- [Question] And what was your background
- [Gerard] Backgrounds in bookkeeping, I’m a MYOB consultant and bookkeeper so its a natural fit for us to move into plan management.
- [Question] If someone was unhappy with their current plan manager what can they do?
- [Gerard] They have choice, so the best person to probably speak to is their co-ordinator, whether that be a support coordinator or local area coordinator and they can change at any time.
Just be mindful to give the existing plan manager some notice so they can close out their existing invoices and maybe at the end of the month.
Any they can change over to us at anytime.
- [Question] Why did you get into the NDIS plan management?
- [Gerard] We were encouraged by some friends and a local support coordinator. She saw that we were a great fit for plan managers, plan managers were in need, there needed to be more choice in the market and it’s good to help providers and participants out.
- [Question] What makes Pacific Plan Management different to the other plan managers out there?
- [Gerard] We offer personal service. You're not just a number to us, we have capacity, we're looking to grow. We're real people you can call us up and we'll answer the phone and you can speak to us at any time we're here to help.

What areas do we service?
Anywhere in Australia.
Given the nature of what we do, we can help our participants online and remotely without the need to meet face to face.
We can assist over phone, via email or via post if you choose.
With the Covid restrictions at the moment we are limited to where we can travel, but when we can travel freely again, we’d love the opportunity to meet our clients and providers face to face.
